How safety culture improve safety behaviors
Safety culture is a high standard for an enterprise, it includes completed safety facilities, like fire extinguisher, breathing mask; mindful safety training, more importantly one safety consciousness which make people always feel coming danger in time. The safety culture relies on the employer or the organization to build. Employees are the straight favored people. And when employees feel that their safety is being given a high priority, their passion for their work and allegiance for the employer would definitely rise(Burman & Evans, 2008).
When safety culture forms, employees would concern more about their own safety, change old bad habits, even start to care about others safety. Safety production and safety enterprise show up.

One recommendation for the role of managers and supervisors
